Most supplier relationships fail before they start - because neither side was clear about expectations. This page exists to remove that ambiguity entirely. Here is exactly how we work, what we commit to, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you. No surprises. No small print. Just clarity.
Getting a Quote Is Simple.
Getting the Right Quote Requires a Little More.
Send us your drawing, specification, or sample part. We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours and issue a technical and commercial quotation within 48 hours for most standard enquiries. For complex custom components, we'll tell you upfront if we need more time and why.
Your Drawing or Specification
PDF, DWG, STEP, or sample part all work. If you don't have a drawing yet, describe the application and we'll advise on what's possible.
Material Requirement
Tell us the grade or application - we'll recommend the right material.
Thread Standard & Finish
BSPP, BSPT, NPT, DIN, metric, UNF, plated, natural, etc.
Target Quantity
Annual volume, batch size, one-off or ongoing production.
Certifications Needed
RoHS, PPAP, FAI, or customer-specific requirements.
Why we ask for these details: We don't ask to complicate your enquiry. We ask because a quote that doesn't account for your real requirements wastes everyone's time. The more specific you are, the faster and more accurate our response.
We Don't Ask You to Risk a Production Order on Faith.
For new parts and new customers, we recommend starting with a sample run before committing to full production. This is how we protect your supply chain - and ours.
First Article Inspection (FAI)
Complete reports with dimensional records, material certificates & PPAP support

Production-Representative Sample
Once your drawing is approved and the quote accepted, we produce a first-off sample from the same tooling, material, and process that will be used in production. Not a hand-finished prototype. A production-representative part.
Full Documentation
The sample ships with a full dimensional inspection report, material certificate, and any compliance documentation relevant to your specification. You verify it against your drawing and application requirements.
Adjust Before Production
If anything requires adjustment, we address it before production begins. No surprises when your full order arrives.
First Article Inspection (FAI)
For customers who require formal FAI documentation - common in automotive, hydraulic, medical gas, and fuel system applications - we produce a complete First Article Report including dimensional records, material certificates, process confirmation, and a signed Part Submission Warrant. We support PPAP submissions up to Level 3 as standard, with Level 4 and 5 available on request.
Sample Lead Times
- Standard components already in our range: 10-15 working days
- New custom components requiring tooling: 2–4 weeks from drawing approval
- Complex forged parts: discussed and confirmed at quoting stage
Sample Costs
Sample charges apply on custom and new tooling work and are confirmed upfront in the quotation. For repeat parts from established tooling, samples are supplied at production cost.
What Ships With Every Order - Without Being Asked.
Every shipment from R.V. Industries includes the following as standard. Not on request. Not at extra cost. Standard.
Material Certificate
Confirming the brass grade used, heat number, chemical composition, and mechanical properties - traceable to NABL-accredited laboratory testing. Every batch. No exceptions.
Dimensional Inspection Report
Confirming that the parts produced meet your drawing dimensions within specified tolerances. First-piece and final inspection records included where applicable.
Batch Traceability Record
Linking every shipment to the production batch, material source, inspection records, and shipping documentation. If a question ever arises about a part - months or years later - we can answer it completely.
Compliance Documentation
RoHS declaration, REACH statement, and CE documentation supplied where applicable to your specification. Proactively included - not chased.
Packing Note and Export Documentation
Export-ready packaging with part number, quantity, batch reference, and country of origin clearly marked. All Incoterms supported - FCA, FOB, CIF, DDP - with clean documentation for your customs team.
Need More?
PPAP packages, application-specific test reports, leak test certificates, or customer-specific forms available. Tell us at the quoting stage.
We Won't Wait for You to Find the Problem.
No manufacturer produces perfectly every time. What separates a reliable supply partner from an unreliable one is not whether problems occur - it is what happens when they do.
Our Track Record: Below 1% Rejection Rate
We publish this not as a boast but as a measurable commitment we monitor continuously.
8D Investigation
If a non-conformance is identified - by us or by you - we open a formal 8D investigation. Root cause is identified.
Corrective Action
Corrective action is implemented. Preventive action is documented and added to the control plan.
Written Report
You receive a written report within the timeframe agreed at contract stage, typically 5–10 working days for standard NCRs.

No Charges for Our Mistakes
No charges for rework or replacement on confirmed manufacturing non-conformances. The cost of our mistakes is ours to carry.
What We Ask of You
Return parts with a clear description of the non-conformance and, where possible, the affected part numbers and batch references. The more information you provide, the faster and more accurately we can resolve it.
We Understand What Your Quality Team Needs to Say Yes.
For many of our customers - particularly OEMs, distributors supplying regulated industries, and buyers in automotive, medical gas, and hydraulic applications - appointing a new supplier requires a formal qualification process. We support this fully and proactively.

What a Long-Term Supply Relationship With Us Actually Looks Like.
Once you're in production with us, here is how we manage the ongoing relationship.
Order Management
Orders are acknowledged within 24 hours. Production scheduling is confirmed at the time of order acknowledgement, not as an afterthought. Any change to lead time is communicated proactively - before the delivery date, not after it passes.
Lead Times
- • Stock range items: 1–2 weeks
- • Repeat production parts: 3–5 weeks
- • New parts with established tooling: 4–6 weeks
Lead times are confirmed at order stage and we hold to them. If a schedule change is unavoidable, we notify you with advance notice.
Minimum Order Quantities
MOQs are set at production-efficient levels and discussed openly at quoting stage. We don't impose commercially unreasonable minimums. For high-volume repeat parts, we can discuss scheduled release orders and blanket purchase arrangements.
Price Stability
We quote on a fixed-price basis for the agreed order or contract period. Price changes are communicated with reasonable notice - not imposed retrospectively. For long-term supply agreements, we can offer price stability arrangements tied to agreed material grade indices.
Confidentiality
Your drawings, specifications, and application information are held in strict confidence. We do not share customer drawings or designs with third parties. Our standard NDA is available on request.
We Take This Seriously Because Our Customers Do.
Sustainability is increasingly a formal requirement in European supplier evaluation - not an optional extra. We address it directly.
Material Compliance
All components are RoHS and REACH compliant as standard. Full compliance declarations available. We use verified, traceable brass grades with no undisclosed substitutions.
Responsible Manufacturing
Our Jamnagar facility operates within Indian industrial regulations and export compliance requirements. Committed to energy efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible chemical handling.
Workforce Standards
155+ skilled professionals under structured employment conditions. Directly employed - not contracted. We invest in skills development and retain experienced staff.
Lead-Free Materials
For drinking water applications, we supply CW617N, CW509L, CW510L, and C46500 - lead-free and low-lead brass grades meeting European Drinking Water Directive and WRAS requirements.
Ongoing Commitment
We do not claim to be a zero-impact manufacturer. We are a manufacturer that takes its responsibilities seriously, measures what matters, and improves continuously. If you have a specific sustainability questionnaire as part of your supplier evaluation, send it to us and we will complete it fully and honestly.
